Three richly detailed chests, square, round and hexagonal, are hand-painted with gilded accents and lined in regal red satin, recalling the ancient world of the Magi. Inside: real 23 karat gold in a glass globe, pure frankincense harvested from Boswellia trees in Oman and Yemen, and the highest grade Arabian myrrh. In ancient times, myrrh was worth seven times its weight in gold.

A certificate of authenticity accompanies every set. If you choose to burn the frankincense or myrrh, place a small piece on a fireplace ember or charcoal burner; a little goes a long way.
