The Nantucket style design is taken from the traditional and finely handcrafted “Nantucket Lightship Basket” made over 150 years ago by fishermen and seamen from Nantucket, Massachusetts.
These Nantucket Baskets are lined and filled with vermiculite and paperwhite bulbs, ready to force. Simply add water to the base of bulbs and maintain water level.
We are proud to inform you that your wonderful Nantucket Basket Paperwhites have been produced in conjunction with “Living Independently Forever, Inc” (LIFE, Inc). The LIFE program is dedicated to serving the life long needs of adults with significant learning disabilities within communities on Cape Cod.
